Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the VN Hub service operated by Studio 1804 FZE LLC (“we”, “us”). By interacting with our Instagram automation, our Telegram channel, or our checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service lets followers of our Instagram professional account request a free educational resource by sending a keyword in a Direct Message, a story reply, or a comment. We then reply in Instagram Direct with the resource and a short, finite follow-up sequence, and may invite you to continue in our Telegram channel and to purchase optional paid products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid Instagram and/or Telegram account used in accordance with those platforms’ terms.

3. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, spam, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
Automated/bulk interaction with our endpoints other than as intended is prohibited.

4. Messaging

We only message you because you contacted our account first with the keyword. You can stop the follow-up at any time (reply STOP, stop replying, or remove the app in Instagram). Message frequency is limited and the sequence ends automatically once you engage or purchase.

5. Purchases

Paid products are sold via our checkout provider. Prices, delivery and refund terms are shown at checkout. Digital products are delivered electronically. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

All content we provide (resources, materials, texts, branding) is owned by Studio 1804 FZE LLC or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute or resell it without our written permission.

7. Third-party platforms

The Service operates on Instagram (Meta), Telegram and a checkout provider. We are not responsible for those platforms’ availability, policies or actions. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio 1804 FZE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes update the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts/authorities of that jurisdiction.
