Data Deletion
Effective 18 May 2026
You can have all personal data Studio 1804 FZE LLC holds about your interaction with the VN Hub Service erased. There are three ways:
1. Remove the app in Instagram (automatic)
Open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → remove “VN Hub”. Instagram notifies us automatically via Meta’s deauthorize and data-deletion callbacks, and we erase the bot profile and interaction history tied to your Instagram-scoped ID — typically within minutes, and no later than 30 days.
2. Ask us in the conversation
Send the word УДАЛИТЬ / DELETE to the account you
contacted, or reply STOP to end messaging and request erasure.
3. Email us
Email hello@vladimirnikandrov.com from the address you used (if any), or include your Instagram username, with the subject “Data deletion request”. We confirm and complete erasure within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your bot profile (Instagram-scoped ID, username) and the interaction / message history tied to it.
- Tags, events, scheduled follow-ups and support messages linked to you.
Purchase/accounting records, if any, are not deleted but are anonymised (personal contact data removed) and retained only as required by UAE bookkeeping and tax law.
